I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach based in Maple Ridge BC, a Wellness Business Coach, and the lead instructor and Education Director for the NutraPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition. My own health challenges let me into the holistic healing field and since starting my practice nearly 20 years ago, I have helped thousands of clients regain balance, health and vitality. The core of my focus is a mind/body shift that fosters nourishment not deprivation. If balanced hormones, a clear mind, and stable mood is what you are looking for, you are in the right place! I am a professional member in good standing with the Canadian Association for Integrative Nutrition (CAIN) and hold their Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (RHNP) designation in addition to the Registered Health and Nutrition Counsellor (RHNC) designation through the Health Coach Alliance (HCA). |
