It is all about nourishing your body with good food, tasty food, and food that satisfies! There is nothing worse than deprivation and frankly deprivation just sets you up for failure. PS- Not even chocolate is off limits! :)

Seriously though, eating clean does not have to be boring and should no feel like you are being tortured, deprived, or starved. If it does, you are on the wrong plan. Period. I can't stand the word 'diet' - it is a word that has made us all fat, sick, and degraded. It is time to get away from the notion that there is a start or end to living well and nourishing your body. It is a LIFE LONG journey and you deserve to enjoy it as much as your body deserves to be nourished. You can do this! It just takes a little commitment, and hefty dose of self love. Because YOU ARE amazing and it is high time you felt that way too! xx
