Who doesn't love a good guac?
Whipping up a batch takes minutes and is well worth it for the fresh taste and the ability to customize the flavour. This one has an ingredient list that is short and sweet and can be adjusted for the number of people being served. I usually go with one avocado per person, but who am I kidding - it is never enough! Ingredients:
2 Avocados
3 Garlic cloves 1/4 cup cilantro Juice of 1 lime Dash of Pepper Dash of Himalayan sea salt Instructions: Put everything in a food processor, or use a blending wand and process until smooth - or whatever texture suites YOU best! |
